| Rob and his crew came through again. Serious problem with my vehicle was dealt with promptly and conveniently. Unavoidable delay in getting parts. Rob warned me of exhorbitant cost of OEM parts, I found suitable parts on line at 15% of OEM price! All good. |

| Great place to purchase a vehicle, great place to take it to be worked on. I purchased my 2012 Mini Clubman two years ago. It was such a wonderful experience that when it was time to do some maintenance repairs I thought of no other place but Kiff Auto. They know all the inner workings of a Mini. They are very professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. My Mini is running great! They worked with me about what absolutely needed to be done and what could wait. Kiff Auto is a fantastic business and I highly recommend them. I trust no one else with my Mini! |

| Such a great place! My husband has been going there for years and I've now made the switch with no regrets. I've been in for various issues that have come up last minute and they've always gotten me in right away. The service is exceptional and everyone is very friendly and helpful. They are honest and that is hard to find these days. Everything is looked over thoroughly, explained simply and they never try to upsell unnecessary work. They've always gone above and beyond for us. I can't recommend them enough :) |

| Great staff and easy to talk to. Found the issue in 30 minutes that a dealership couldn't find in over a week. The dealership diagnosed a "may be the issue" with lots of uncertainty and Kiff diagnosed '100% this is the issue" and stood behind it. Very economical and attention to detail was evident. Definately taking my family business here!!! |
