Happy customer for several years. Bought a used car here just after my long term mechanic retired from business. Due to the initial good experience, my family has purchased used vehicles from Kiff's several times since. And they are our new long term mechanic shop. Very satisfied with the work, customer service, and honesty.

They had my vehicle for an extended period of time due to the unavailability of parts required. They went over and above to do everything they could to Source parts to complete the repairs to my vehicle.

Would actually rate them 4.5 stars out of 5. Dropped in to have a noise problem diagnosed. Was asked to leave vehicle and they would fit it in as soon as they could. Returned an hour later to get items from my car and was informed they had already diagnosed the problem. Rob and his staff were very professional and I was happy they were able to diagnose the problem so quickly. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Soo
