| Rob and his team were great to deal with. We purchased a used Mini and they completed the pre-delivery work on time with a quality above expectations. A refreshing change from todays business practices. Certainly I would recommend Kiff Auto to others, and have already done so. |

| I think it is important to support our local businesses, and I have been very happy with that decision since I decided to trust the maintenance of my 14 year old F150 and my new SUV to Robert Kiff and staff. We agreed that we only do the necessary safety and immediate fixes to the old truck, but on the new SUV we do all the work and documentation required by the warranty book. Works great for me. He is conscious of the cost at all times. A few times when his supplier shipped the wrong parts, we had a delay, but he recovered admirably. My experience has been good. |

| Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and great service. Rob and his team were able to prevent me from having a possible dangerous break down. I took my Mini Cooper in for a regular oil change service and the technician was checking over the whole car and noticed my brake lines were severely rusted and one was bulging and starting to leak. Thankfully he caught this, as the lines could have burst at any time which would leave me with no brakes. Of course this was an extra unexpected expense, but a very necessary repair. Thanks Rob and crew for your great service and knowledge. Keep up the great work. |
