fixed my navigation system when no one else in town could - not even the dealer.

Thanks for getting the job done right, for starting on time, finishing on time, looking up the details needed to service my new Ram and keeping the records necessary to maintain my warranty. I save a lot of money by having Kiff Motors do the necessary maintenance procedures and records on my new vehicle, rather than doing the same work at the dealer.

Always a fair price and an honest assessment of the problem and potential cost. I have bought cars here as well. They look after what they sell.

I've been dealing with Kiff Auto for the better part of 20 years and trust their pricing and workmanship. They explain what the problem is and offer options for replacing parts when appropriate. I've watched the shop grow over the years, but the attention still feels personalized to each customer, I never feel like just a number.

Once again Kiff Auto exceeded my expectations. My AC compressor broke in middle of a heat wave. Big thanks to Jess who was able to get me in right away and charged me alot less than I anticipated. Joel is an amazing mechanic. I highly recommend Kiff Auto

Friendly staff and very accommodating!

|
Would highly recommend Kiff Auto. Fair labour rates , friendly, knowledgeable staff. Joel did an amazing job identifying and fixing a problem that several shops couldn't. I will only use Kiff for all my vehicles from now on.

I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated. Not only did they work to ensure that the vehicle we purchased was checked from bumper to bumper but they treated me as someone of importance.

Friendly, helpful service, repair done the same day, great communication before, during and after servicing my vehicle. Reasonable rates, options provided to help make work affordable.

My philosophy on car maintenance has been to do preventive maintenance. Robert and his staff have been a great help in keeping my vehicles on the road. However, recently a serious brake problem suddenly came up - my fault. I needed the car the next day. Kiff Auto went the extra mile, on what was already a very busy day for them, to fix my brakes on the day that I called in. I had my car back by 10:30 am!
